Pc with all new parts doesn't boot

Hey guys. I need your help. I got a new motherboard, CPU, and the power supply, i put it all together and my computer won't boot. All the fans and HDDs are running, but monitor doesnt turn on. What can be the problem??

have you checked the settings for your cpu.
heve you checked the cpu is fitted properly.
have you tried assembling out side the case with bare essentials. ram, vga, k/bd, cpu and cooler assy

i tried every possible way. i had the same problem with my old parts. so i got all new stuff but the problem is still there..

when you say you had the same issue with your old parts, which parts haven't you change out? Maybe worth looking at those items one by one
