Flash Player for sony ericsson

I understand that most mobile phones are preloaded with flashlite software. But its definitely missing in my w995. I can use the youtube app but I cannot play videos when I go to the youtube website; they tell me I have no flash player or java player. There is a link to the adobe website provided by the site which does not allow me to download the flash player on my mobile directly, so obviously the software has to be transferred to the phone by a computer. Can anyone tell me clearly how this is possibly done? Help is much appreciated.
