Tablet problems.

The screen was fine at first. Then it had gotten cracked and stuff. I went and got it fixed. The guy bought a new screen and put it on for a cheap price. I get it back a few later and bam its works well except it won't read my finger print any more and the touch screen doesn't work at all. Is there a solution? Will I have to sadly buy a new laptop? Mine is the tx2000 or the model below I believe. Any help would do thank you.

HI there,

The sensor may be either not connected or damaged,if you can enter password and use it then no need to purchase new one as its already protected by the password .
