Tablet problems.

The screen was fine at first. Then it had gotten cracked and stuff. I went and got it fixed. The guy bought a new screen and put it on for a cheap price. I get it back a few later and bam its works well except it won't read my finger print any more and the touch screen doesn't work at all. Is there a solution? Will I have to sadly buy a new laptop? Mine is the tx2000 or the model below I believe. Any help would do thank you.
