Hello,
Myself Sandy. Just wanted to check as i'm using 4.1 ch surround speakers but only 2.1 are working but the other 2 speakers are not working. So just wanted to check is this the problem with the laptop is it not supporting 4.1 ch speakers. Lap top model HCL L19 CMP

Dear Sir,

Please get to the Sound and Audio properties in the Control Panel and hence change the Advanced Speaker settings to the right one for having the problem solved.
