Vga driver

my comper is showing thatits vga driver is not updated.if i am updating it,it showa that it cant update.my motherboard driver is
AMD athlon(tm) 64 x2 dual core processor 4200 2.21 GHz, 768 MB RAM
please tell how to update vga driver.
