Win7 not working

i bought new acer aspire 5738G notebook with win7 loaded on it
i made the image recovery disk but now win7 loaded on it is not working and when i insert recovey disk the disk show no response .
so please tell me how can i get my previous win7 back

Dear Sir,

Please check whether the recovery cd is not scratched causing the trouble.
