Aspire Bios problem urgent

Hi all,
Need help.
My aspire 4810TG does not boot anymore.
I tried the usb trick proposed in the blog but it would not work.
What are the other options?
How can I know for sure it is a BIOS problem?

Hi there,

Does it start when pressed power?Please give more information on the problem also what were the last actions done before this happens.
