Flash drive wont work

im running windows 7 since ive had it my flash drive hasnt worked. although the light on it lights up and everything but rather than appear in devices and removable storage it can only be found in devices and printer as unspecified and unusable. anyone got any ideas on how to make it work? i no it works in xp and vista so its not the flash drive.

hello
well it seems to be usb device driver problem
you can check it out followin the next steps
right click on My computer
Manage
Device manager >> and check Usb devices if its install
or else you can print screen
if you could figure it or even you could not
you can use Uniblue driver scanner and update all your devices' definations

note: unplug the flash before installing any drivers and after installing reboot your computer then plug it
