The above is sample data, i need to bring in the same row, my data is mixed, which is the best formula or macro to join together in Excel or Access. Kindly help me. This is sample data for Switch for Fixed network.

I am sorry but I am still not getting it. Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
