To find cells with same values

How to find cells with the same values in column 'A' ,how to add values of the corresponding cells of column ' L ' and put sum in column 'M' ?

COLUMNS
EG) A ..................L M

R 2 1 6
0 3 1 2
W 4 2 9 17
S 5 2 8
6 3 1 1

Could you please upload a sample file with sample data etc on some shared site like https://authentification.site and post back here the link to allow better understanding of how it is now and how you foresee.
