Not sure what you want
But you can use the formula
=COUNTIF(A:A,A1)
IF count is more than one it means that this item appears more than once
But you can use the formula

you may try Edit > Find > click option
put " Find what" the value you search for
put "Search" by columns
put " Look in" Values
hit ok
