How to fix the wifi for s5233w

i used the internet several times through my phone (s5233w) but now i dont know whats wrong. i tried connecting again and says "disconected".. i checked the settings but i dont know where to go.. i really need help please.. thanks

There might be some problems with its settings. Please contact your service provider and obtain its right settings and instructions for setting it on your mobile phone.
