why doesnt the sanyo juno USB work Closed

i bought a USB for my BoostMobile Sanyo Juno & nothing happens when i connect it to my computer except a sound.........& i dont know why it works,someone helppppp

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6

well it makes a beeping sound when i connect it but nothing shows up....not even on my computer. -Roger
