sims 3 game on phone , help !Closed

i dont have internet on my phone so do i need to be connected to the internet after i buy the game to be able to play it , or can i just play it normally without extra cost ?   
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

You will have no cost after having downloaded it for the fact that you do not need internet for playing the game.
