Transferring purchases Closed

Question

Itunes will not let me transfer my purchases to my ipod no matter how many times i authorize it. The content I buy like videos are not downloaded correctly because when i play them on my library all i see is a gray screen, the audio plays but i have no image.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.3

You will need to use a program like TouchCopy to copy your iPod content onto your computer or straight to your new iTunes. TouchCopy lets you copy all your music, video, photos, contacts, notes, calendars, games and more from your iPod.
