hey. i have left and right internal speakers in my laptop but the right speaker won't make any sound.

i already tried uninstalling the driver from sigmatel then re install it but it wont still work.

my BIOS is up to date.

i also tried using realtek. it says that it's installed after the reboot it requires but when i check on the sound card properties, it just says Driver "HD Audio" something.

im sorry, im not really 'technically knowledgeable' so please bear with me if im missing some things here.

by the way, i tried testing the speakers thru the "COnfigure" button on the sound properties window and it shows a moving green bar for both of the speakers when it tests it. which i assume is a huge indication that it isnt a hardware issue. BUT im not sure,.

please advise? :(

thanks

Hi there,

Right click on the sound icon on desktop>balance the soung to center from letf to right and check the sound or definitely the speaker is to be replaced ,also cnform by using a headset .
