I need a universal outgoing server

i have just gone on to Vivid Wireless (4G) internet, the problem is that they do not support an email account. my incoming server does not do outgoing. is there a way i can keep my domain name and incoming server and use another server to send emails.

Same thing here, if Vivid doesn't provide an outgoing mail server, what other options are there?
I mean if you would be travelling with your laptop you also would need an outgoing mailserver.

So what options are there? Anyone?
