Gta 4 Lagg/freeze during gameplay

Hey im having problems with gta 4 lagg/freezing during gameplay.
I suspect, that it might be fps problem, but im not sure.


I have nvidia engts250 1gb
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83ghz
3 Gb of ram
Windows 7

Does anybody have similar problem?

Need a solution :(
