Excel urgent

hi. This is possiable?
i have a, large amount of employee data .sometime some employee runaway,or after vacation not come back.in this case i want to do.
1 when runaway or not come back this name this name/row should be go to another sheet(sheet2)
2. when the name/row go to another sheet.first sheet(sheet1)row should be delete.
Basically, i just change row colour to know this.

Have you tried to use excel macro recorder? It can give you a template that you can modify to fit your needs
