Can't find the music after loaded on my MP4Closed

Hello,  We got a new MP4 player today.  Dowloaded the songs, but now it shows no songs on the playlist, anyone got any suggestions where they went.  We plugged it into our laptop and it showed 13 songs on device,  but they aren't showing up.   Help.



Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 532.5

There might be some problems on it and hence consider formatting its memory to have it working properly.
