Hello
my computer is not downloading anything and not playing any videos, please help me.
my computer is an hp windows 7

Dear Kara,

There is different possibilities that might be causing this particular problem. Please check whether the download location has well been configured and indicate what happens when you get downloading something for the connection speed also matters.
