Hello, WHEN I USED TO BROSE POWER WAS CUTOFF.SO SOME FILES ARE CORUPTED.DESKTOP ICONS,TASK BAR ARE NOY DISPLAYING... WAT IS THE SOLUTION

Make a system restore to earlier date and if still having issues then boot by your Windows installation cd and make a system repair.
