I'm not sure what happened but my computer will not start correctly and I get a message stating that the C:\windows\system32\PROPSYS.dll is either not designed to run with 3 Windows or the file is corrupt. I cannot open explorer.exe even through task manager. I am running Windows Vista Business and my computer is 4 months old. Any ideas?
