Samsung Yp-z5 Mp3 player not being recognisedClosed

Hello, 
As stated, Windows 7 isn't recognising my Samsung YP-Z5 Mp3 player. I'm not the greatest with computers, so any dumbing down would be appreciated. The Mp3 model is YP-Z5QW/ELS if that's of any help.

Just to add, I've tried to re download the drivers from Samsung, but it won't do for Windows 7. So I then tried to download an older version of WMP10, but that wouldn't work as it says it can only be downloaded on a 32bit system.
