Need information for recovring the files

hello ,
please help me ..
i have installed folder lock 5 and put some important folders in it, but i am not able to see my folders now, please let me know how to recover my files from the folder lock...please please please help me ....

Dear Sir,

Please check at the manufacturer's official website whether they do have a recovery kit for it.
