Hello,
Yes you can. As a matter of a fact you can delete all the files contained in the prefetch folder. They are just short cuts to files you have previously open and which just take space.

i agree with you and these files are folders of applications which you open its created automatically so that when files are created from that application its saved temporarily there .
I may be also wrong,what you say ambucias.?

You are correct pcsces they are created automatically and the forlder should be cleaned periodicaly
