Hello,

I recently downloaded windows 7 professional to my laptop that has vista basic. i can't get on the internet with my broadband. But it also has WI-FI on it but it will not work. I am fudtrated because I have to do my homework over other people houses. How can you help me resolve this problem?

What is the model of laptop?you can have the drivers on manufacturer official website and download them.
