i mate ultimate 9502 formate
To hard reset your device, slide its keyboard open. Then, press and hold both the blue 'Fn' and the green 'Phone' (Send) butoons, and, whilst keeping them pressed, briefly press the reset pin with the stylus pen. Release the keys only after a connfirmation screen comes up, and confirm the hard reset procedure by pressing the left softkey ('which should be labeled Yes').
