My nokia n78 china version is hanged

Hello,


my nokia n78 china version is hanged and its key pad does not respond on clicking or pressing it while messages are received by my mobile and it shows any thing that is connected to it either charger or usb i shows that its plugged in or out.now please help me what should i do!

moreover when i take out its battery it turns off and when i insert in in and press the ON button it powers on my mobile but after that not even a single key works
