Xp continuous reboot and blue screen

Hello,

my computer ran out of battery, so I plugged it into the
mains and charged it when I booted it up it came up with
a black screen with different options on e.g safe mode etc.
If you click on any of them the computer will display windows
logo then flash of a blue screen then will reboot and it keeps
doing this. I don't have the windows xp cd.
please help me
