Sims 2 double deluxe Closed

Hello, 
im trying to install sims 2 double deluxe. Every time i try to install it they keep telling me to insert disk one. they only gave me one disk so i dont know whats wrong with it.  


Configuration: Windows 7 / Firefox 3.6.3

mine installed just fine. is it used or new if used, the person who had it messed it up. if its new, its your computer. if you installed other games, idk. EA messed up then. i know i won't help but good luck.




ps do you know how to open the body shop?
