An Impostor created Friendster Account

Hello,

There was a person pretending to be me, used all my full name and data to create a friendster account for an intention to sabotage my personal life. Please help me how to block and delete such account and as a matter of preventive action, what will I do in order to prevent anyone in the future creating an account using my full name.
