Ask about graphic card

Hello, My graphic card is 9500GT. 1GB. And when i was playing game , It suddenly crash out the window but it said something about that the card had a problem and not working anymore and asked me to reset. When this happen my window like turn into safe-mode . the resolution turn into 640*480 and all color have something wrong (but i put my computer at 1440*768 ) . After reset everything seems to turn normal. But i'm so worry because i don't know what happened and will it make my graphic card like handycaped or something. Please help me.

Hi there,

Is your power supply enough powerful to provide needed voltage to system and connected devices?does this issue occur only when playing games or with other applications also?Please give more information after having checked .
