Gmail Disabled... Help

Hello,

I had my account disabled with no warning as did many others. Unfortunately I've done everything on the "support" page multiple times including filling out the recovery form and I've only gotten the same response "we can't help you". ALL of my school documents and important contacts are in there. I MUST recover this ASAP. If anyone knows of a way to talk to a person, please share!
