Pendrive problem

Hello,
some one give passward for pendrive use. when another customer use pendrive system ask passward we don't know that unknown passward. we want to remove that how we can remove that unknow passward

Dear Bhagyashree,

Please consider formatting the pendrive in order to get rid of the application that is being used for setting the password to it.
