My IPod's Backlight Won't Turn on!

I have a Nano Third generation and my backlight won't turn on and I've tried everything but nothing happens and it's very frustrating that I can't see it in the dark......

Dear Sir,

Its LED lights should have got damaged and you will have to get it for repair in order to get them replaced.
