Hi,
Check the keys on your keyboard and locate if one of them has the backlight icon. Usually, it's the F9 key on Acer laptops. You have to press Fn + F9 at the same time to turn on or off the keyboard backlight.
If you don't see any key with that icon, it means that your laptop model doesn't have the backlight for your keyboard.
