Apparently no one on the internet has been able to tackle this issue, either that or they are too lazy to post a response once they have figured it out.
Okay, so chances are this is your issue:
The strip that runs across the top of your keyboard, the one that actually says LATITUDE | D800 has a circuit strip that runs underneath it and connects all your buttons to the computer. Try pressing down on that strip in the top right side corner of your keyboard and pressing the power button at the same time.
After some extensive research on this subject and coming up with nothing, I decided to do some probing, once I got that strip off, it was pretty easy to figure out where to go from there.
