Slow 3D Graphics

Hello,
I'm using Toshiba Satellite L515-S4010 and it can't handle 3d graphics. I can't play games like Luxor Quest for Afterlife as it moves so slowly. Videos also tend to run slowly when I open other applications. I'm using windows7 and I've updated all the graphic drivers but the problem still persists. Can my use of Windows 7 x86 instead of the original x64 affect my machine? Please help.
