How do you see red again pokemon soul silver Closed

Hello,I was wondering how to see red again on pokemon soul silver after you defeat him.It is just weird how you battle him he says nothing and goes away.

i have pokemon gold and to meet red you must defeat the pokemon league again just once and the you know go to the plateau where red is

From my experience from the old pokemon silver ( I also have soul silver) I think all you have to is beat the Elite four again. This may sound weird but I'ts almost like red in pokemon silver/gold is like a ghost or something how he vanishes lol. But thats what I thought when I was younger. I have every pokemon game for gameboy/color to the ds.
