Hello, I have been using your forums for a while and i must say you guys have saved me more than 10 times from security to speeding up vista your guys own. Now here is my problem, whenever i attempt to install programs like superantispyware or tuneup utilities or even windows up date i get a stupid error message saying the windows installer service could not be accessed, this can occur if windows installer is not correctly installed, please contact your support personel for assisstance

Notes-

CANNOT reinstall vista
Do not own recovery cd/partition


PLEASE HELP ME AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, PLEASE USE SUPERANTISPYWARE AS AN EXAMPLE

safemode,run as admin, dont work

-i am also 100% positive im malware proof as i run Comodo internet security,iobit security,mbam,and a few other on demand scanners including avast and avira

I already have it but check disk, system file checker both show up nothing is wrong im sure ive done everything right it just gives that error. ive tried everything from reg files to reregistering the files and even the msi extension itself NOTHING!!!
