Problem bluetooth driver

i am using window 7 32 bit on dell N5010and i have installed blue tooth drivers many times but still is not working and it say Bluetooth Peripheral Device is missing . pls help i am very feedup from this problem my email address alisalman611@yahoo.com.waiting for positive feed back
