I will try my best to solve your problem........
so to run-->type "msconfig" without quotes--> click on OK--->In general tab-->select normal startup-->click on OK and restart your PC
if the problem still exists then
so to run-->type "msconfig" without quotes--> click on OK--->In services tab-->
check the box at the bottom hide microsoft services -->then click on disable all -->ok
later u can enable services one by one
