Help don't know how to put my pics on my comp

i have and env3 and have over 200 pics i wanna put on my computer and i don't wanna have to email them to me, i have the usb cord but i don't know how to get them to the computer

Please install the PC Suite that you had obtained at purchase and use it to copy the pictures on your phone.
