I Cant read Tabs unless I run my mouse over

Hello,
This is My First Question in this forum please advise me if I do anything Wrong.
I Have an old XP Pro Machine But The screen isn't working properly.
When I run My mouse over the tabs they are visable But the Video's and pictures look like Cartoon Characters.... Sort of

Dear Sir,

It might be a problem coming from the skin you are using or still it might be an error on the application and you can actually carry out a system restore to get it working back properly.
