Webcam goes grey please advise me

Hello,
I have the laste WLM installed and when i want to webcam someone i dont have the option whether it's video or just showing. And when its a video call as soon as the other people accepts the boxes go grey for both people. I've tried everything and i don't know why this is happening. My webcam works fine with Skype and normal recording/video recording.
