Memory card is not detected {micro sd-nokia}

Hello, my 5800 xpressmusic 8GB micro sdhc nokia memory is not detect on my phone and pc. I am connect my card with my card reader but my card reader not read my card.please give me answer for fix this problem.

Dear Sir,

The SD Card might got damaged with overcharge of static eletricity or still might got corrupted.
