Chinese E71 camera not wroking

Hello,
Sir/Madam I'm using E71 chinese its been 14months i'm using this phone, now if click to the camera option it showing " Camera module not ready " and unable to click photographs and record the videos.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Please consider having the phone restored to factory settings in order to get the problem solved.

i have also this same problem. i did ur way but there ask INPUT PASSWORD.. what is that password..? :(
