Some services not working

Hi, can someone plz help me some of my service that are supposed to start up automatically don't like windows audio, DCHP Client, themes and some others. But some do work. I think I had a virus once but I'm not sure. I have to manually start them and it just gets annoying.

Run a full virus scan and try a malware/spyware scan If you do not have malware program download from here.
