I cant find my files in the USB???

Hello,



sorry I tried to follow the steps to show the hidden folders that by the way were easy but I still cant find my files and when i make scan it seems that my files are there but there isnt any path to open them what should i do ?

Hi there,

Have you encrypted the files using security tools?please provide more information,also when you right click on device what is the properties size?
